The rental prices include the following services:

 Extra payment

• final cleaning - 50 euros
• Washing service - 5 euros a load
• Bicycle rental - 10 Euro per bicycle per day

The guest is responsible for the kitchenette cleaning, otherwise an extra cleaning fee amounting to 50 euros will be charged.

On the arrival day the apartment is available from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. and on the departure day until 10 a.m.

In the main season the minimum length of stay for our holiday apartments is one week.

In the off-season flexible occupancy times are possible and the minimum stay is three nights.

The tenant undertakes to adhere to the house rules displayed in each accommodation unit. Guests are obliged to keep and leave the apartment in good condition.

Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.

It is not possible to bring pets 

Reservation - Payment - Cancellation policy

The reservation for the holiday apartment is effective upon receipt of down payment of two days' rent. This can be done by bank transfer (IBAN) using a bank account:

Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an email with reservation confirmation.

The rest of the amount is to be paid in cash upon arrival or by bank transfer to our bank account.

We do not accept credit cards.

A deposit refund shall be granted, and no cancellation fees apply if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.

In case of late arrival or early departure, we refer to the date of the reservation.
